"I recently moved to the Villages. I loved the house I bought, however there was one large problem. It was a turnkey home filled with furniture and household items I did not want or need. I mentioned to my realtor I was concerned about getting the above items out of the house before my furniture arrived. He suggested Eagle Estate Sales. He had worked with them before, and they had a great reputation. He assured me that they would take care of everything. I met the owners Gayle and Mark. They explained the entire process of estate sales and let me know what to expect. They made me feel that they were knowledgeable and capable of doing a great job. We had a three-day sale, and it went off without any issues. They took care of everything. The few items that were not sold were donated to a charity. My home was left spotless. It was swept and vacuumed. The counters were cleaned, and the trash was taken away. I didn’t lift a finger. They mailed a check within a week. I was very pleased with the proceeds of the sale. It was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Eagle Estate Sales."
